There was a time in the late 1980′s where if you said you liked Air Supply you’d be shunned – but like many bands of that early 1980′s soft rock sound – they perservered through the late 80′s and 90′s and became well respected and continue to perform this day.Consisting of British-born singer-songwriter and guitarist Graham Russell and lead vocalist Australian Russell Hitchcock. They had a succession of hits worldwide, including eight Top Ten hits in the United States, in the early 1980s. They formed in Australia in 1975 and have included various accompanying musicians and singers. They have sold more than 100 million albums. They have been Australian Recording Industry Association Hall of Fame.
This was their last “Big” hit in the US 1985, hitting 19 on the pop charts and #3 on the soft rock charts. How about today?
